Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead and
enhance the sales training and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the Sales Enablement function, developing a vision for
onboarding and continuous learning
Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires, including
assessments to ensure readiness
Translate business changes into actionable sales training and
identify knowledge gaps through performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Exceptional ability to simplify complex information into clear,
actionable content
Proven project management and organizational skills, balancing
multiple projects and deadlines
Collaborative experience working cross-functionally with teams such
as Sales, Product, and Marketing
Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and
information synthesis
A learning-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to
understanding new subjects and processes
