Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer/Doc Drawer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan pipeline and oversee the preparation of closing
documents
Conduct compliance reviews and validate loan files for accuracy and
adherence to regulations
Prepare and send closing documents to Settlement Agents and confirm
funding details
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
Understanding of state and federal regulations for loan
closings
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Document
Preparation Software
Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office
Knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and closing loans
