Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Accounts Director to oversee
and manage the sales support team for national accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the National Accounts sales support
team
Identify opportunities to enhance margin and sales, ensuring
accurate product analysis for the sales team
Develop and mentor staff, ensuring appropriate team staffing and
morale
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare
industry
At least 1 year of experience in people management, including
hiring and development
Experience in business analytical skills, including documenting
workflows and requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
