Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical leads and developers for application
enhancements, maintenance, and support
Ensure application availability and quality of service while
collaborating with business partners to meet needs
Manage team performance, provide coaching, and handle recruitment
and budget forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, IS/IT discipline, or equivalent
experience
Experience in application development and technical service
management
Strong coaching skills and ability to develop staff
Advanced interpersonal skills and understanding of
confidentiality
Excellent technical aptitude
