Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Policy Manager to provide
technical accounting and valuation support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical accounting and valuation support for lending and
corporate activities
Research complex accounting issues and document technical
conclusions related to equity and goodwill
Monitor standard-setting activities and support the preparation of
financial statements and disclosures
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a
combination of public and industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
Experience with valuation of financial instruments
