A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new sales
hires
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and manage
sales collateral
Train sales teams on CRM and sales engagement tools to optimize
performance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field,
or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training within
a SaaS or technology organization
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and experience in
coaching sales teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable
strategies
