Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in customer experience or related fields
with leadership roles
Proven ability to manage high-stakes initiatives and
cross-functional projects
Experience leveraging data and technology, including CRM systems
and data visualization platforms
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with
critical thinking skills
Team-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships and
fostering a positive culture
