Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator for the
Centers for Early Detection and Interception.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in day-to-day operations including patient education
and call triage
Facilitates individualized care and supports transitions from
surveillance to active treatment
Acts as a liaison between patients, families, caregivers, and
providers to optimize outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Licensed as a registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts
Baccalaureate degree in nursing strongly preferred; must complete a
BSN within 4 years if holding an associate degree
Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an RN
Ambulatory and/or oncology experience preferred
AHA BLS required (AHA ACLS accepted as minimum requirement)
