Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll
processes and support accounting and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of in-house payroll, ensuring timely and
accurate processing of payroll transactions
Approve timesheets and assist with payroll-related tax payments and
employee setup in systems
Create and analyze reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy
of payroll records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of payroll and general accounting processes
Experience with ADP and Unanet is highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and extensive knowledge of FAR is
highly desired
