Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compensation and
Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement compensation and bonus strategies for the
enterprise
Execute compensation surveys and ensure regulatory compliance of
total rewards programs
Develop and communicate comprehensive benefits programs aligned
with the company's commitment to people
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of 8 years of compensation and
management experience
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) preferred
Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or
SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred
Proven experience managing a team with a strong understanding of
compensation and benefits
Experience in planning/organizing and leading process
improvements
