A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and improve processes and tools for engineering teams
Drive coordination between product development teams and
stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and plan release roadmaps
Identify and mitigate risks to the team's delivery while promoting
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,
Statistics, or related fields
5+ years of industry experience as a program or engineering
manager
Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Proficient in project tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Rally, MS
Project)
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management best
practices
