Job Description:
A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal (Case
Assistant) who is comfortable using AI-powered support to assist in
managing immigration cases.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for
filing, utilizing AI-powered tools as needed
Use AI tools to summarize case notes, draft declarations, and
generate legal documents for attorney review
Manage case progress with software like CLIO and Airtable, keeping
clients updated on their case status
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law with knowledge of
immigration processes
Proficiency in AI-powered legal tools, including document
automation and case summarization software
Familiarity with AI-driven immigration platforms is a plus
Experience with case management software preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to
integrate AI tools into legal workflows
