Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vehicle Support Specialist to provide
customer service support to their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer requests and issues via phone, email, and web
chat
Manage and record customer cases in the ticket management
platform
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on designated products and support
tasks
Required Qualifications:
0-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS
environment
Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
