Job Description:
A company is looking for a Branch Manager/Escrow Officer to
oversee day-to-day operations of escrow transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage daily operations of assigned branch(es) and
ensure compliance with established practices
Supervise employees, manage client relationships, and resolve
escalated issues
Prepare reports, monitor branch metrics, and recommend process
improvements based on performance
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
6+ years of directly related experience
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or management
role
Specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas
Basic accounting/finance skills to interpret financial
statements
