A company is looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to own and
elevate their product data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an end-to-end analytics platform for
data-driven decision making
Serve as a bridge between business objectives and technical
execution, influencing strategy across teams
Identify growth opportunities through deep analysis of customer
personas and key company metrics
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics
engineering, preferably in high-growth startups
Proficiency in adopting and leveraging new tools and technologies
quickly
Results-oriented mindset with ownership and proactive
problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of complex systems and the ability to simplify
data insights
High empathy and excellent communication skills for engaging with
diverse stakeholders
