manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and HR
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee vendor management and procurement processes, ensuring
compliance and cost efficiency
Manage contract oversight and legal coordination, including
compliance with regulatory requirements
Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and policy
development
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in procurement, legal operations, contract
management, or HR
Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor
relationships
Strong background in HR processes and employment law
Experience working with legal teams on compliance and risk
management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, HR Management,
or a related field
