Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Team Representative
(Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone,
email, chat, and SMS in both English and Spanish
Ensure a positive experience for QME physicians and proactively
engage with team members and vendors
Identify process improvements and maintain standard operating
procedures for team consistency
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare, legal, or clinic
setting
Comfortable with technology and acts with a sense of urgency
Proactive mindset with strategic thinking abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Valid work authorization for the country of application
