Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist III
to manage complaints and escalations from members or providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various
communication channels
Document, track, and respond to all assigned complaints and
inquiries professionally
Analyze trends in member or provider issues and collaborate with
departments for enterprise-wide solutions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2 - 4 years of related experience necessary
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Experience with high-tier escalations preferred
Healthcare background is highly preferred
