Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Migration Specialist responsible
for managing and executing end-to-end data migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data migration projects between Zoho CRM and Salesforce,
ensuring minimal disruption
Analyze, map, and transform data between CRM systems to ensure
accuracy and consistency
Design and implement ETL processes to optimize data migration and
perform data validation and cleansing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
At least four years of experience in data migration between CRM
systems, particularly Zoho and Salesforce
Strong knowledge of data migration tools and techniques, including
proficiency in SQL
Experience with APIs and scripting languages for data
automation
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
