Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate for
their Customer Support Team in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers via multiple
communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a calm
demeanor
Document interactions and collaborate with other teams to enhance
the support experience
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in tech or
electronics
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and interest in smart home
products
Able to work Pacific hours and weekends consistently
HVAC experience is a bonus
Experience with Gorgias or AI-assisted support tools is a plus
