Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Installation
Consultant to oversee and perform the installation and
configuration of IT infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform installation of IT systems and components
for SaaS and on-prem solutions
Dispatch and provide guidance to third-party onsite technicians,
ensuring high-quality customer service
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of equipment during installation
while tracking project hours and generating invoicing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in general IT areas such as SaaS, servers,
and troubleshooting
2+ years of specialized retail industry experience preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent experience
Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or Network+
preferred
