Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday AMS Benefits Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Gather complex requirements and understand HR use cases related to
Workday functions
Build strong client relationships and balance competing priorities
across multiple clients
Lead junior resources and teach best practices in requirement
gathering and configuration
Required Qualifications
Workday certification in Benefits
Experience leading/supporting customers through Open Enrollment
Experience configuring Core HCM is beneficial
At least 3-4 years of configuration experience in Benefits
(especially US/CA Benefits)
Led 5+ end-to-end Benefit implementations or worked in a
post-deployment setting for at least 3-4 years
