A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support
the commercial sales team by developing sales materials and
optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and tools
Optimize sales workflows and CRM usage for data integrity and
efficiency
Research and qualify leads, conducting outreach and managing lead
databases
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or
sales strategy
Experience with training content, onboarding documentation, and
process improvements
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
Ability to track performance metrics and summarize data-driven
insights
Strong organizational and project management skills
