Required Qualifications
20+ years of experience in global enablement, revenue operations,
and customer success
Deep expertise in sales strategy, enablement frameworks, and
performance measurement
Exceptional leadership and people management skills focused on
coaching and mentorship
Hands-on experience with enablement technologies such as Salesforce
and Gong
Strong background in change management and leading organizations
through transformations
