Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payor and
Manufacturer Access.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement access strategies to enhance medication
availability for clients
Establish relationships with payors and manufacturers to align on
access goals
Advocate for policies that improve medication access and navigate
healthcare regulations
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy,
or related field
7-10 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare access
roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
Proven ability to develop high-impact access strategies
Strong strategic leadership skills and expertise in navigating
payor landscapes
Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in
healthcare
