Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design Producer (Currency) to
drive design and development initiatives within a collaborative
team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage design system projects, ensuring timely delivery
and alignment with team priorities
Optimize processes and workflows to enhance collaboration between
design and development teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for the
design system across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or Business, or a
minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience managing design or creative projects
in a digital product environment
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities
Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a
self-directed environment
