A company is looking for a Care Specialist to join their
Provider Escalations team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize internal tech tools to identify themes and gaps for
efficiency and workflow improvement
Support colleagues post-training by addressing complex customer or
operational issues
Intake and triage internal questions or escalated situations while
managing volume-based transactions
Required Qualifications
1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech, or a related
field
1+ years of claims experience
6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment
6+ months of strong quantitative or analytical skills
High school diploma or GED
