Job Description:
A company is looking for an HCM Consultant specialized in
Dayforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide expert
guidance on Dayforce solutions
Manage multiple clients effectively while delivering on-time and
within scope
Configure Dayforce to meet client requirements and conduct system
testing
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Dayforce implementation and
configuration
Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence both internal
and external clients
Excellent personal time management and judgment in prioritizing
tasks
Proven track record of improving client satisfaction
SQL and XML knowledge is a plus
