We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities:

--- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
--- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
--- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
--- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
--- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
--- Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements.
--- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers
--- Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities.
--- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
--- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.
--- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends.
--- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information.

Qualifications:

--- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
--- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
--- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
--- Exceptional people skills
--- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
--- Excellent problem-solving skills
--- Effective written and verbal communication
--- Organizational and time-management prowess
--- Ability to remain calm under pressure
--- Proficient computer skills
--- High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus)
